Evaluation Process
Step-by-Step Breakdown of Our Three-Stage Evaluation Process
Initial Screening (30%)
At this stage, all submissions go through a preliminary review to shortlist the most promising entries. The judging panel will assess:
- Technical Accuracy & Concept Understanding – Does the project reflect a solid grasp of concepts?
- Innovation & Creativity – Is the idea unique? Does it present an original approach to solving a problem?
- Presentation Quality – How well is the idea communicated? Is it structured, clear, and visually appealing?
Outcome: Only the top projects that meet the above criteria move forward to the Expert Review round.
Expert Review (40%)
Shortlisted projects will then undergo a detailed assessment by industry experts, educators, and professionals. This phase is critical, as experts will closely examine the depth and practicality of each submission.
- Project Impact & Scalability – Can this idea make a real-world impact? Is it scalable beyond the competition?
- Implementation Feasibility – Can this solution be realistically executed? Are there clear steps for implementation?
- Technical Soundness & Rationale – How well is the project justified and supported by research, logic, or experimentation?
Outcome: Based on the expert assessment, the best projects will advance to the Final Round.
Final Round (30%)
In the last stage, finalists' projects will be comprehensively evaluated based on their overall effectiveness, innovation, and execution.
- Project Completeness & Effectiveness – How well is the project executed from start to finish?
- Depth of Research & Analysis – Does the project show thorough research and logical reasoning?
- Practical Application – Can this project be realistically implemented and create an impact?
Outcome: Winners will be selected based on the final project assessment, with the best projects receiving recognition and rewards!
